Note: We do not ship to U.S. APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

the parcel may be returned, held, or destroyed by the carrier.

We will always try to work with you to find a reasonable solution, but we are unable to guarantee recovery of all returned international shipments.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

ArkKVM is not liable for damage or loss during transit. However, we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Retain all packaging materials
